Guinness World Records holder, Jackyl, brought their crazed Southern hard rock influenced heavy metal to the Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto.

Jackyl is a band who LOVE to play live! They hold a Guinness World Record for playing 100 concerts in 50 days. Everyone I know who has seen them play live have always told me that Jackyl put on one of the best live performances they have ever seen. Hi-energy, good time rock ‘n roll with some crazy ‘chainsaw’ antics mixed in.

June 13th was no different as the band rocked the Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Led by Jesse Dupree (Vocals), the band has been around for nearly 20 years. A feat in itself as most bands come and go but Jackyl have continued playing their down-to-earth, wild ‘n crazy style of rock music to rock hungry fans throughout the world many years over.

The band is rounded out with Jeff Worley (Guitar), Roman Glick (Bass), and Chris Worley (Drums).

Our photographer, Mark Skinner, was on hand to catch all of the band’s crazy antics. Here are his images from that night.
