Chicago hard rock veterans and road warriors, Soil, have just embarked on a brief two-week run with Tantric. The tour started at the world-famous, Machine Shop, in the beautiful city of Flint, Michigan.

The band continues to hit the road in support of their latest release and sixth studio album, Whole, which was released in August of 2013. Whole consists of eleven straightforward rock tracks that maintain what the band has done for the past 17 years; providing their fans with kick ass rock and an awesome live show.

Soil will be performing at Earthday Birthday 21, which is an awesome festival held annually by WJRR in Orlando, Florida, on April 12th. Additionally, they will be once again hitting the road for a month-long stint with (hǝd) p.e. in May.

They have also been confirmed for the inaugural Rockaholica Cruise, which sets sail on its maiden voyage on September 29th – October 3rd, 2014. Additional bands performing on the cruise include, Korn, P.O.D., Hoobastank, Fuel, Smile Empty Soul, Guano Apes, and Sunflower Dead.

Frontman Ryan McCombs took a few minutes to sit down and chat with National Rock Review. He discusses, amongst other things, tracks from the bands latest release, videos, the road, and what’s on the horizon for the band.

NRR would like top thank Ryan for his time.

The band has released A video for the albums first single ‘Shine On’.
