The Iron Maidens, the world’s only national female Iron Maiden tribute band, played an incredible show with support from Lotus Gait and Sin Fix.

Denver favorites, Lotus Gait, open the show to a crowd full of familiar faces in Golden. They start off the night with a set of Alice in Chains covers, playing a handful of hits before moving on to their own originals that everyone loves. Lotus Gait currently has one album out titled Virgin Blood, which is a perfect mix of black metal and punk.

Up next is another Denver band called Sin Fix. These guys have been around for about six years, so they are no strangers to the local music scene. Over the last few years, they have gone through some member changes but are still holding strong. They have an original album out as well but played Black Sabbath covers this time doing an amazing job.

Finally, the band everyone was there to see, The Iron Maidens, took the stage and played an amazing set to a now packed Buffalo Rose. Don’t let the fact that they are an all-female Iron Maiden tribute band deter you from checking them out. They formed in 2001 and are incredible musicians playing songs from the entire Iron Maiden library from old to new and everything in between. They even have guest appearances on stage from Eddie, the Iron Maiden mascot, and the devil.

These ladies have a great stage presence and put on a very entertaining show. If you are an Iron Maiden fans, this is a show you don’t want to miss.
