Indiana devil rockers Hailshot make a tour stop in Louisville with Artwork for The Blind and Shi – æ­».

Touring in support of their second full-length album Baptized in Sulphur: The Second Death from Failure Tapes & Records, Indiana devil rockers Hailshot shake Louisville’s Mag bar.

Closing out the first leg of their March to Extinction tour, Hailshot blaze through a set featuring several songs from their July 4^th release of Baptized in Sulfur including “The Second Death,” “Baptized in Sulphur” and “Black Friday Stomp”.  Cory Stump is fierce on drums along with Jaron Clark (bass/vocals) and Matt Reish on guitar who collectively serve up a rock-solid set. The second leg of the tour takes Hailshot out west beginning  July 7^th.   

Local Louisville death metallers, Artwork for the Blind, provide the main support for the evening. Combining a perfect mix of sinister vocals from front man Sean Coy Curry and some nasty guitar riffs by Sol E. Williams, Artwork delivers a healthy serving of raging death metal.

Opening this evening is Local Louisville doom metal Band Shi – æ­». While playing an abbreviated four song set Shi – æ­» delivered a solid dose of riff-heavy doom ending with “No Holy Men” starting the evening in a great way.
