Bryan McPherson returned to NYC to perform an intimate show in support of his new album Wedgewood.

The last time Bryan McPherson graced the NYC stage was back in March as the direct support for the Dropkick Murphys. Now, three months later he has embarked on a tour of his own to promote his new album “Wedgwood.”

Bryan McPherson treated the crowd to a storytellers performance. The intimate surroundings at the Bowery Electric made it easy for him to connect with his audience. As he looked on to the crowd in the dim light venue, it felt as though he was speaking to each individual. He plays with heart and puts a lot of passion and soul into his music.

McPherson’s lyrics focus on social issues many of which are resonating with Americans currently. This is the reason why the crowd instantly fell in love with his songs. By the time he was done with his set, fans wanted him to keep on playing.

Bryan wraps up his US Tour in July in Los Angeles, California be sure to catch him on tour.

About The Author

Anya was born and raised in Donestk, Ukraine, and emigrated to NYC when she was 8 years old. In her early teens she discovered Power Metal and many artists from the European metal scene. Her passion for photography grew from her concert experiences. There is nothing more exciting than capturing those small moments on stage that musicians have with their instruments. She enjoys taking photos from the crowd and is not afraid to step into mosh pit to take photos of the fans in action. Photography has influenced Anya in other ways. When she's not in the photo pit she can be found teaching preschool where photography is a big part of my daily curriculum. Photography is more than a hobby it is a passion, which allows her to combine all her interests into one.
