Album release party scheduled for February 24 at Whiskey A Go Go in Los Angeles.

Alien Ant Farm is releasing their first new record since 2006’s Up In The Attic. The album titled Always And Forever will be released February 24th with an album-release show planned for the same day. The show will take place at the world famous Whiskey A Go Go in Los Angeles. Joining the band for the show will be Detroit’s hottest band, Kaleido. The two spent a good amount of the past summer on tour together.

The much anticipated album, funded by a successful Pledge Music Campaign, is sure to satisfy fans given the almost nine year gap since the previous album. The first single from the new record, “Homage,” was released last year. The song was performed throughout the recent tour, and received well. It is the standout track on the album and pays homage to all of the bands that have influenced Alien Ant Farm over the years. You can preorder Always And Forever online at iTunes and Amazon.

Alien Ant Farm released their first album, curiously titled Greatest Hits, in 1999. Their second album, titled Anthology, helped them explode into the mainstream rock music scene in 2001. The album featured a cover of Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal,” which pushed the album to be certified Platinum.

The band is set to tour the United States in March and April, followed by a UK tour in May.
