Steel Panther brought their riotous, 80’s hair metal, head banging, spandex laden act to The Regency Ballroom this past Friday in San Francisco, CA. Known for their over the top rock and roll parody approach to all the things we loved about Eighties hair metal bands they commenced to firing up the venue with a non-stop playbook of every glam rock trick in the book. Opening acts Spiral Arms and Hillbilly Herald set the pace early on in the evening to get the crowd riled up for a metal show true to the timeless age of hairspray, makeup and sleaze rock.

About The Author

Born and raised in San Jose, California, Kenny always had a passion for music and photography. He always kept his point and shoot in hand, until one of his best friends gave him a chance to shoot Black Label Society at his club back in 2003. Kenny has his own style of shooting, almost like an 'in the crowd' style so to speak. Kenny is completely fine if he gets that head in the shot or someone throwing up the horns. It puts the viewer, in the crowd as you look at Kenny’s pictures. It gives you the feeling as if you’re at the show.
