2016 will mark the debut album release four the Newcastle-based four-piece.
The alternative/hard rock artist, Boy Jumps Ship, has announced the release of the music video for their latest single, “Burn.” The video, produced by Ollie Rillands, was shot in an overnight session in an abandoned warehouse just south of their home base in North East England. They shoot involved a large number of pyrotechnic special effects. According to the band vocalist, the pyrotechnics “… kept us warm.”
2016 shall be a milestone year for Boy Jumps Ship as they prepare for the release of the debut album. Larry Hibbit (Hundred Reasons, Marmozets) produced the album, which shall be released via Amazing Record Co.
As 2015 comes to an end, the band wraps up a successful year, which included an appearance at the UK Vans Warped Tour, a co-headline tour with Only Rivals, and a tour as primary support for Young Guns.
The lineup for Boy Jumps Ship is Si Todd (vocals and guitar), Jonny Rob (bass and backing vocals), Jonathan Douglas (guitars and backing vocals) and Gav Gates (drums and backing vocals).
