Elliott Rubinson, CEO of Dean Guitars, talks to Howie D. from Hard Edge Radio and National Rock Review.

Dean Guitars Owner and CEO Elliott Rubinson, opened the record to get to know him. Not just about himself but about the brand he’s owned since 1997. Several topics were covered including: What got him into music, why he took an interest in Dean Guitars, some great words and memories about the late Dimebag Darrell, his years as a touring bassist, and more….

Elliott Rubinson bought the Dean Guitar brand back in 1997, when it was on a sort of hiatus. Music has been a huge part of Rubinson’s life since he was in his early teens, an always loved being in music retail. With a roster of endorsed guitarists that include some of the best around, Dean quickly reemerged as a must have guitar for hard rock and metal players. Thanks to the likes of Dimebag Darrell, Dave Mustaine, Michael Schenker, Uli John Roth, Vinnie Moore and several others, the brand is doing better than ever. Rubinson is currently wrapping up the XG Extreme Guitar Tour with a few of the above mentioned musicians.
