When you get to talk to someone that was huge influence on your impressional years, it’s fantastic. When they’re a great interview, even damn better.

Anthrax is a name that will forever be tied to Metallica, Megadeth, and Slayer as part of the “Big Four.” The guys in the group’s current line-up are Scott Ian (guitar), Charlie Benante (drums), Frank Bello (bass), Joey Belladonna (vocals), and Jonathan Donais (guitar). The band has a new record coming out Feb 26, 2016 entitled For All Kings.

National Rock Review had a chance to talk with Frank Bello a bit ago to talk about the new album, the festival season coming up, and a few other things you’ll have to listen to the interview to find out for yourself. It is a safe bet Anthrax won’t be having a concert for Bernie anytime soon. Enjoy the interview.

About The Author

After getting the photo bug in the far, past days of black and white film, Erich continued to develop his eye for photography which lead to stops in the sporting, art, wedding, and eventually concert music worlds. Now, doing more writing for National Rock Review, he has entered into the journey of getting to know the artists and the industry, not just the faces on the other side of the lens.
