Singer-songwriter, and frontman of the Smashing Pumpkins, William Patrick Corgan releases his solo album, with the accompanying tour starting tomorrow.
The long-awaited Ogilala, produced by Rick Rubin, has a prevalence of acoustic guitar, piano and strings. This is William Patrick Corgan‘s second solo album, the first being TheFutureEmbrace which was released back in 2005.
Ogilala is available in various formats. As well as being available on CD, you can also get it on 180-gram gatefold vinyl. A limited edition blue vinyl can be purchased from his webstore, and a limited edition pink vinyl is available at select retailers.
Corgan appeared on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night, performing the lead song, “Aeronaut”. If you missed, you can see the performance here:

Tomorrow marks the start of his acoustic solo North American tour in support of the new release. During these shows, he will perform songs from Ogilala, as well as a second set which will encompass his songs from The Smashing Pumpkins and more. The tour includes four sold-out shows in LA.
