To dovetail their headline November UK Tour, today Bad Touch unveil the official music video for their new single “Baby Get It On” featuring guest vocals from Mollie Marriott.  The single is a cover of Tina Turner’s 1975 classic.

The new Bad Touch single featuring Mollie Marriott will be released on Monday 23rd October as a free MP3 download.

Speaking about Bad Touch’s new single the band’s frontman Stevie Westwood told National Rock Review in a recent interview that “It’s a proper foot stomper, and it sort of showcases us all. We all had a great time together and I say it hopefully comes across in the track.”

When asked if the pair would be performing the track on their forthcoming UK tour together Westwood said “That is the plan at the moment, you know what these things are like, everything is a bit up in the air and kind of .. it’s down to the venue and kind of down to everyone sort of organising it and I’m the world’s worst organiser (laughing). The idea is that we will be doing it on the tour.”

“Baby Get It On” first appeared on Tina Turner’s second solo album “Acid Queen” that was originally released in 1975. Although it was a Tina Turner solo album, the first single “Baby Get It On” was a duet with Ike Turner (who wrote the song for Tina).

Ike & Tina Turner famously performed the song on the Midnight Special in 1975

Following Bad Touch’s recent tour with The Kentucky Headhunters, the hard rocking Norfolk based five-piece will be hitting the road across the UK for their first full headline tour along with special guest Mollie Marriott in November. Tickets are on sale now via the links below.
