Thousands came to see a car and motorcycle show, and support twenty local and regional bands at the Sixth Annual Ink Spot Block Party.
Multiple local food and drink vendors took care of the crowd that braved morning summer storms to see the car and motorcycle show along with more than twenty bands at the Sixth Annual Ink Spot Block Party. The Ink Spot in Troy, MO has sponsored three Showcases featuring different local and regional bands, then invited many of those plus a few extras to play their Block Party.
Early bands played to a consistently growing crowd, who quickly filled up the Lincoln County Fairgrounds for this family-friendly event. Both the audience and bands came from multiple Missouri and Illinois counties for this festival that promotes community and togetherness. Even the musicians echoed this sentiment, with a few playing in more than one band throughout the show.
The music began around 11am and didn’t end until midnight. Logic Systems Sound and Lighting provided the sound and light equipment, ensuring consistent and professional sound throughout the day and evening that was on par with some of the larger area clubs and venues.
