The Fabulous Miss Wendy (Los Angeles, CA) came on stage with her back to the audience. She unpacked her guitar from its case and walked over to her amp. With guitar in hand, she plugged it in and just started shredding. That was it. She closed out her set with her rendition of MC5’sÂ Kick out the Jams, playing a killer set!

TFMW has worked with some of the music industries best. Slash has her join him on tour. Her music is produced by the likes of industry veterans, Gerald Casale (Devo) and Paul David Hagar (Goo Goo Dolls, Avril Levigne, All American Rejects). A big fan of Detroit, she shops at Showtime clothing and has also worked with Tim Patalan andÂ Vinnie Dombroski of Sponge on an album. If you haven’t seen her live, check her out. Her music is contagious!

Closing the night to a crowd of naughty fans, the ‘Empress of Sin’ took to the stage. The Genitorturers have been one of my favorite bands for some time. I have had the fortune of having seen Gen twice previously over a course of several years; once in her home state of Florida and again in Detroit. With the years of differences between the shows, I’m glad to say they are still ‘kicking ass and taking names’, literally! The Sexiest Metal band are out on their 20 Years Of Depravity U.S. Summer Tour!
