On August 3rd, surprise celebrities will close out the House of Blues in concert.

The final performance will take place at 8 pm. Steel Panther will perform at the House of Blues Sunset Strip, making them the last band ever to perform there before it is torn down. Some of the songs included in the performance will be “Community Property,” “Glory Hale,” and “Asian Hooker.” They will be also be joined on stage by Billy Ray Cyrus.

Michael Starr, lead singer for Steel Panther, said, “It’s an honor and a privilege to play the final show at a venue with so much rock and roll history!” The band also includes Satchel on guitar, Lexxi Foxx on bass, and Stix Zadinia on drums. They are considered world’s premier party band. They have three full-length albums, have platinum-level Youtube status, and have made television appearances on show such as Jimmy Kimmel Live, Larry King Now, and FOX NFL Sunday.

House of Blues has had some great artist perform there. These artists include Price, Britney Spears, Tony Bennett and many more. Billy Ray Cyrus says, “I’m proud to be part of the final performance ever at the HOB in Hollywood… I expect it to be an epic night.”
