The calendar has turned to spring which means Rock On The Range is right around the corner.

Columbus, Ohio is once again set to host one of the biggest music festivals around. Rock On The Range, America’s premier hard rock festival, will return to Mapfre Stadium (formerly Crew Stadium) May 15-17. Last year’s show was the biggest yet with over 120,000 rock fans attending. The festival began as a one-day event in 2007 headlined by ZZ Top. Over the last eight years, it has hosted some of the biggest names to ever grace a rock and roll stage. Last year’s show included headliner Guns N’ Roses, Avenged Sevenfold, and Kid Rock.

This year’s lineup is set and includes over 60 bands on three stages. The show will be headlined by multiplatinum band Linkin Park, global rock juggernauts Slipknot, and heavy metal legends Judas Priest who are currently celebrating their 40th anniversary.

The full weekend of non-stop rock will feature a mix of rock legends, current stars, and up and coming bands. Main stage acts this year include Godsmack, Marilyn Manson, Breaking Benjamin, Rise Against, Volbeat, Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, Papa Roach, Halestorm, The Pretty Reckless, Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts, and Anthrax.

There is plenty more to experience at the festival than just the music. This year’s show will once again feature the Rock On The Range Comedy Tent which will host performances by some of the best rock n’ roll influenced comedians including Rob Schneider, Brian Posehn, Jim Norton, and Jim Florentine.

Monster Energy will again serve as the main sponsor and will be conducting giveaways, artist signings, and more. Crazy Dave’s music experience will again be on hand and includes an interactive exhibit of musical equipment and band signing sessions. There is also a Vendor Village with contests, prizes, and tons of merchandise. Ernie Ball returns with a stage featuring some of the best up and coming acts. They also will once again be hosting a battle of the bands offering unsigned bands a chance to perform on their stage and receive over $15,000 in gear and prizes.

New to Rock On The Range in 2015 will be the Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 VIP Lounge, which features amenities such as dedicated Wi-Fi, charging stations, private restrooms, premium food options, and more. This upgrade will be available for all ticket purchases for only $125 while supplies last.

Rock On The Range attendees have earned the nickname “Rangers.” Whether it’s your first time or you are a seasoned veteran, the 2015 festival is set to once again blow your socks off! Tickets for the 2015 Rock On The Range festival are selling fast so be sure to get yours now.
