Radiant is much-anticipated and marks the first album for the band in four years.

IRIS, the experimental synth pop band, have just released their fifth studio album, Radiant. The 11-song album was released on Dependent Records on October 24, 2014. According to the band’s Facebook site, Radiant has charted on the Amazon US Digital Top 100 at #39.

The band’s line up consists of Reagan Jones and Andrew Sega. While often labeled as pop, Iris describe their music as a mix of rock, glitch, and retro-flavored-synth. First formed in 1993, Iris’ other albums before Radiant include Disconnect (1999), Awakening (2003), Wrath (2005), and Blacklight (2010).
