Guitarist and singer-songwriter Chantel McGregor is set to release her highly anticipated sophomore album Lose Control on October 09.

The album, Lose Control, will be released on independent boutique label, Tis Rock Music. This will be Chantel McGregor‘s first release since her debut album, Like No Other, in 2011. After extensive touring over the last four years, Chantel returns with a contemporary rock album featuring ten all new tracks. This album shows McGregor’s transition from her more traditional blues roots to a much louder, hard rock sound.

The album was recorded between touring over the space of six months at Livingstone Brown’s studio in Brixton. Livingstone also played the majority of the bass on the album. Chantel was joined by her touring drummer Keith McPartling who played drums across the whole album.
