Madame Mayhem releases Now You Know on HeadBall Records in association with 71st Street Music, through BFD/RED on Oct. 16, (USA and Canada).
Madame Mayhem captures your attention immediately. You quickly see that she is more than just another beautiful badass.  She is a classically trained opera singer who can blow your face off with its raw power!
Backed by the renowned Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big, Steve Vai, David Lee Roth) who produced and played on the album. Ray Luzier (Korn, KXM) on drums, Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal (formerly of Guns N Roses) on Guitar, Russ “Satchel” Parish (Steel Panther), and Corey Lowery (Saint Asonia, Stuck Mojo) also on bass for 14 tracks of in your face rock n roll.
This album really ran the spectrum from hard rock to soft ballads that are sure to please one and all.
“Monster” was the first song on the track and according to Mayhem was the last song written. She said that it was “personal, a declaration of who I am.” She states that “It was about [not] being put into a box and embracing who you are and whatever “Monster” you may be.”
“Under The Microscope” was an amazing standout. The harmony and the middle eastern flavor with what sounds like a Concertina under her lilting vocals made for and unexpected and wonderful track.
“Anyone Who Had a Heart” was a softer song and hits you with a deep longing. It showcases her versatility and her beautiful voice perfectly.
“Now You Know” is a roller coaster ride of emotions and music. An album you will truly enjoy.
